Returns

How do I return?

• Enclosed in your order is a form to fill out.
• You are welcome to send the coat back to us by your own chosen courier.
• Once we are in receipt of your returned coat you will receive confirmation from us that your exchange has been processed or a refund has been made. 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original/ sellable condition and only tried on inside.
• With the swing tag still on.
• In the original packaging.
• No dog hair.

Are there any charges for return?

• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping using your preferred courier service.  Royal Mail is pretty reliable.   
• We will send out your replacement/exchange coat free of charge.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5 working days.
